Driving change holistically to success

We support companies in managing complex M&A and transformation initiatives in a structured way and successfully transitioning them into operations. Technology, clear governance, and change management that brings people along are the key.

Our DNA

Why we do what we do

We are convinced that real transformation succeeds when business objectives and technology are consistently considered together. This is how we translate complex change into clear, effective steps and create sustainable value for companies and organizations.

How we work

We work in partnership, pragmatically, and with a clear focus on execution—on equal footing with management, investors, and specialist departments. We guide demanding projects safely through critical phases and develop solutions with lasting impact.

What we do

We support mid-sized companies and corporations with digitalization, the turnaround of critical IT projects, and complex transformations. We also support investors with due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, value creation, and exit readiness across the portfolio.

The founding partners

Convinced by the changing requirements of a modern and innovative consulting approach, Twinlake was founded to do transactions, projects, and initiatives differently—more digital, more innovative, and with a clear focus on value creation and sustainability. Our founding partners live and convey this vision every day, drawing on their many years of experience in designing and delivering complex initiatives.
