Your Role.
Depending on your experience, you take on responsibility in different phases of IT transactions.
- Management and coordination of IT projects in M&A and carve-out situations:
You support the structured implementation of complex transactions with a clear focus on timing and quality. - Analysis of complex IT landscapes:
You evaluate systems, processes, and risks even in dynamic project situations. - Derivation of clear action recommendations for management and investors:
You prepare results in an audience-appropriate manner and support well-founded decisions. - Close collaboration with IT, business units, Finance, and Legal:
