Typical Responsibilities
- Define and commit to scope and implementation objectives
- Coordinate teams, service providers, and stakeholders; transparently manage dependencies
- Consistently prepare and drive progress, risks, and decisions
- Structure quality, testing, acceptance, and go-live preparation
- Secure handover to operations (documentation, support, stabilization)

IT M&A Manager
Focus: Support IT transactions in a structured manner—from due diligence through deal to integration and stable target IT.
Typical Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct IT due diligence and prepare results for decision-making
- Assess IT landscapes and derive action options for deals (e.g., carve-out, integration)
- Define and structure Transitional Service Agreements (TSA)
- Manage post-merger integration (PMI) and consolidate IT systems
- Transparently manage dependencies, risks, and timelines throughout the deal lifecycle
