  • Plan and conduct IT due diligence and prepare results for decision-making
  • Assess IT landscapes and derive action options for deals (e.g., carve-out, integration)
  • Define and structure Transitional Service Agreements (TSA)
  • Manage post-merger integration (PMI) and consolidate IT systems
  • Transparently manage dependencies, risks, and timelines throughout the deal lifecycle
