Carl-Friedrich Heintz stands for deep M&A and IT expertise, with a particular focus on technology-driven transformations across the entire transaction process. Before his role at Twinlake, he worked as a co-founder and board member in a mid-sized IT services group, co-founded several companies and startups, and worked in international corporations. He combines a strategic perspective with deep operational understanding and supports private equity and corporate clients in the successful execution of complex transactions. Carl holds an Executive MBA from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences (Zurich) and a CPEA from the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
